We received your response to our RFE - refers to a old EAD case 3 years ago. What?

I am L2 and on my 3rd(and last) EAD card. Received above email today referring to the the case number of my original EAD case 3 years ago. I have renewed the card twice since. Also I haven't been asked for anything lately nor have I sent anything. What is this about. I checked the website and it seems legit.
