L1B-Individual to L1A-Individual - Interview Waiver Program Eligibility

Hello All,

I came to the US in Jan 2012 on a L1B-Blanket Visa stamped at Chennai US Consulate.

I applied for extension and got a L1B-Individual Petition. During my visit to India in Dec 2014 I got Stamping done using the L1B-Individual Petition. This L1 visa was valid until 01-Aug-2016.

In June 2016 I converted from L1B-Individual to L1A-Individual which is valid from June 2016 to May 2018.

Can I use the Dropbox facility at Chennai Consulate to get visa stamped during July 2017 using my L1A-Individual Petition since my previous stamping is also of Class 'L1' and hasn't been expired for more than 365 days?

Important thing to be noted - Current Petition is L1A-Individual and Previous Stamping was using L1B-Individual petition. But Visa Class is still the same - L1.
