URGENT Query- Amendment Filing for L1A
Hi All,
Need some feedback on what are the risks involved and % success for amendment of VISA from L1A to L1B or even applying an amendment on L1A to update role. This has been recently suggested though my role has not changed since last petition and I continue same role today with my L1A VISA. I am still trying to figure out on why this is required exactly. Before I initiate anything please suggest what should be the best way to handle this? and any prior experiences with these kind of changes?
