Hi all,
I work in finance in the UK and have an interview scheduled with the US consulate later this week.
The parent is based in the US and has provided me with sponsorship for a visa. The lawyers have suggested we apply for the L1-B blanket and have assisted in preparing all documents and motivation for the transfer. I am a single 28 year old UK citizen, with 3 years total working experience (all within the same organisation), and was offered a six figure dollar salary in the US.
Should I be worried that Visa may be declined? Seems the rejection for L1-B blanket is higher that the individual petition.
Any guidance/advice would be highly appreciated.
