Does H1 of spouse helps in L1 visa?

My company is filling for L1 and my fiancé has H1B. Would marriage certificate make the L1 process much easier or simpler to get visa? Is there any way to make the L1 guaranteed without rejection?

There is no guaranteed way. One should have the proper documentation to convince USCIS/VO about the eligibility.

What do you mean by "eligibility"? Marriage certificate isn't enough to prove eligibility for marriage?

Why should your marriage, and the immigration status of your wife matter for your L1 petition? The L1 your company is filing is not a dependent petition. Your marriage status etc., matters only if you are filing for H4 based o your spouse's H1B petition.

I know its not like H4. But I was just wondering if the H1 helps getting acceptance more easily and reducing the rejection chances.

They are different petitions, and each is judged on its own merits.
