Currently working on L2 EAD and my husband H1 is in progress, considering this I am planning to move to F1, have following questions
1) if I join college in 2017 August using my L2 and place my COS request , is it ok to stay in USA if my COS is not approved before sept 30 where my husband H1 is going to start?
2) Using day 1 CPT COllege admission, what would be the best option to get stamping approval for F1 in India in case if my COS is not completed and I forced to move to India to come as F1 student.
