Hi all,
I have applied for my L1 & L2 Extension(Premium Processing) on 5/12/2017 & Max by 5/26/2017 will know the result. If I get my documents within 6/1/2017, Can I apply my L2- EAD Immediately. I have urgent travel plans by 6/5/2017, So if I apply by speed post my application will reach USCIS office by 6/2/2017. I am applying EAD for the second time. First time when i applied my EAD, they didn't call me for biometrics. If in case they call me up for biometrics this time, will i be able to postponed it?.
Please Suggest me with your ideas, and which way i can get my EAD soon?.
