Hi all,
Could not find on the internet answer for my question.
Have arrived to US on Nov 2015 with B1/B2 visa. I-94 were given until April 2016.
On March 18, 2016, New office L-1 status granted. With i-797A new I-94 sent until March 18, 2017.
On May 22, 2017 L-1A extension petition is denied, so became immediate out of status.
I need to re-enter US, I still have Visitor visa for 5 years multi entry.
Some people say that this VISA is revoked.
I did not understand what to do and why it can be revoked.
Appreciate for your answers.
