Thanks to forum. I got clear idea about L1 B visa interview questions ans answers.

My interview was scheduled 25th May 2017 at mumbai

1st day (24 May) - biomatrics completed in 10 mins. Not to worry much.
Documents -->
1. PAI copy
2. DS-160 copy
3. Original Passports including dependents
4. Kid's photo

2nd day - (25 May)
At each stage you will get help and notification where need to go so on.. so no need to worry much.
1st stage - Finger print scanning
2nd stage - VO questions

VO : Where are you working?
Me : xxx
VO : What is your specialization?
Me: xxx (with full form) and xxx (with full form)
VO: How long you are working with xxx?
Me : 4.1 years.
VO: How long your married?
Me : x years

Now he turned his questions towards my wife.
VO : What is your qualification?
My wife : xxx
VO : What is its long form?
My wife : x....x....x
VO to me : Your visa is approved. Happy stay in US.
Me : Thank you sir.
and we happily left.

Notes -->
1. Keep short your answers.
2. Keep it simple.
3. Be confident and keep eye contact with VO
4. If you are with kid then it is plus point for you.
5. Don't look at rejected candidates just ignore them otherwise you will feel nervous.
