Hello,
My firm applied for my L1A (Individual) visa, after submission of application, RFE Was requested and we supplied adequate documents.
It was denied and reason given in response was kind of generic: "Please be informed that USCIS has denied the petition as you didn't qualify to perform service in a Managerial Position"
A few weeks after that second RFE was requested, where almost same documents were requested (as that of first RFE) and this time Receipt Number EAC###### was different than what I received on initial submission of application and for that initial EAC##### receipt number, status still appears that it was denied, whereas this new EAC number shows the status that RFE has been requested.
My confusion is:
- If Second time RFE is requested, why status on initial application is not changed
- What could be the reason or what correction can be done since documents requested are same as that of first time (when it was denied)
