L2 EAD Renewal

My L1-B Visa is going to get expired on 01-MAR-2018. My wife is here and even her L2 Visa and EAD will be expiring on 01-MAR-2018

The date mentioned in our I-94 is 06-FEB-2018.

My company is going to initiate our Visa extension. Just want to know if we can apply for EAD extension just based on L1 and L2 Extension approval where the stamping has not yet been done as we have not travelled out of USA.

If the date in I-94 will cause any issue in EAD Extension/Renewal.

You can apply for L1 and L2 extension, EAD at the same time. You do not need a visa stamp for that. Your company will do it as COS since you do not plan to go for stamping. If approved you will get a new I94.
