Hi All,
I am applying for L1 Visa for me and L2 Visa for my wife and Son (less then 2 years).
I have below queries
Query regarding my wife L2 visa:
In my passport my wife's name is not added as Spouse name, where as in my wife's passport my name (correct name) is added as spouse name. Also her name in passport is the new name (name changed after marriage, my name added as her 'middle name' and my 'last name' added as her surname). I have a proof odf marriage as marriage certificate but in there is an issue with my name in it. In all my documents (PAN card, Passport etc.) my name is without any 'middle name' where as in marriage certificate my name is written with a 'middle name' as my father's 'first name'.
Will there be any issue with this application.
Query regarding my Son's L2 visa:
Same issue with my son's birth certificate. He also have valid passport with my name added (correct name) as Father's Name. Where as in his birth certificate under Father's name section, my name is added with 'middle name' as my father's 'first name'.
Will there be any issue with this application.
Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated!
