I've worked with an employer for 2 years after which I got a L1B visa and moved to the US. After 4 months I had to leave the job and the US due to a family issue. Now I'm in a different role, different company and I want to know if I'm eligible for an L1B/A with the new role at the old employer (out of the last three years, I've worked for one year in my home country with that old employer).
