L1A Extension Approved, L2 Extension in progress - Can we travel

Hi All,

Here is my scenario.

Main applicant: L1A Individual
Visa validity = DEC2020
Previous Petition validity: MAY2017
Extension Petition Status: Approved
Extension Petition validity: MAR2019

Dependents: L2
Visa validity = DEC2020
Previous Petition validity: MAY2017
Extension Petition Status: Pending
Extension Petition validity : NA

Here are the queries.
1. Since primary applicant's (L1A) petition is approved, can we travel to India and back to the US?
2. Do we need to visit the US consulate in India?
3. Can dependents travel to India and back to the US based on the approved petition (of L1A) & approved visa (for all) till DEC2020?
