Hi,
I am currently on L1B visa. At the time visa was granted, my company's petition was valid till 17 Aug 2017.
My visa is valid till 20 Feb 2020 and my I94 is valid till 25 Apr 2020.
When my wife and kid applied for L2 visa, their visa was granted till 17 Aug 2017.
Now, their visa expires on 17 Aug 2017 and their I94 is valid till 25 Apr 2020.
Company has not applied for extending their petition and it is approved. Do my wife and kid need to file an extension of stay (I-539) ?
If not, can my wife apply for EAD with visa expired but I94 valid ?
