Petition start date and expiration date while creating profile for VISA appointment

While creating profile for VISA appointment, I came across a column that asks petitioner details. I am applying for L1 Visa. In my I 797 form, it is given that blanket petition is valid indefinitely. Also, i am confused about what to write in start date. Please help.

Petitioner is your employer (non US based). Start date should typically be provided by your employer based on the requirement, it generally is within few days before/after the interview.
