I came to U.S on april 2005 and was working for the same company for the past 5 years in india.My visa expires on arpril 2006 .mean while me and my wife are travelling to india on may 1st week so i have applied for the visa renewal at the end of may.is there any chances of denying my visa?if so what should i do as i have to come back to U.S to continue my work......any idea.pls reply quick .urgent.
