    L1 with i-797c valid for a year

    Good day to all,

    I would like to ask regarding my L1 visa and i-797c validity dates.

    my L1 visa is to expire on March 2022, but my i-797c is valid until Nov,2017

    Do I need to file for a new i-797c to continue my stay here?

    How soon can we apply for a new i-797c?

    Yes, you need to apply for L visa extension - what you are calling I-797C.

      Ok, thank you. I'm waiting for the lawyer that processing this for us send us the list of documents he will need from us to process this.
