i129s expiring in nov 17 but l1b visa and i94 is valid, can i visit india in december

i have a quick question.

I am in USA on L1B visa and I94 valid till 2019.

But My I129s expiring date is nov 2017, and i have to visit to india in dec or jan .Please suggests the options here?
