The Person has a L1A blanket visa and Not traveled till now

The Person has a L1A blanket visa from ABCD Company (for Telecom client) and due to the client restructure now He got a release from the Telecom project.

Now He moved into Banking Domain project and He got a chance to travel. He Can Travel with same petition or not

Since He hasn’t traveled before with VISA, what is the process to travel to USA for another Location?

Any new petition need to file? if so any rejections will be there or not

Where is the correct process telling about this?

L1 visa is intra company transfer. It has got nothing to do with a specific US location/ US client. You can use the same visa to travel.

Ununsed L1 visa. now want to travel US on Business visa from same company- Possible?

I have stamped L1B visa from Company A but due to personal reasons, I couldn't move to US.

Now, due to business requirement, I have to travel to US for 2 weeks.

Question: Do I need to apply for Business visa or I can use already stamped L1B visa?
