L1B extension but still have a valid I94

Hi All,

I am writing for the first time and need some expert help in my case.

I came to US on 12/05/2014 I94 granted till 08/24/2017 based on the petition date.

My company filed filed an extension under premium processing in June 2017. Received RFE on 06/23/2017.
Company respond on RFE and sent on 08/01/2017. USICS status updated on 08/03/2017 as denied.

As I still have valid I94, what are the options available now ?

Depends upon the denial notice. If they mention you have to leave within 10 days then you have to leave, of receiving the paper notice. If it mentions you can stay till current I-94 then you can stay till 08/24/2017.
