I-797A stamping in India -chances of rejection
Hi,
I am on L1 B(I) in States and has got an approved I-797A petition when i filled for my I94 extension earlier
Now with the approved I-797A form and a new I94 date preset at the bottom of this form, i can stay in States till October 2018 but i had to visit India before that.
I believe that since i have a new I-797A form along with the original I-797 .. i will have to get a new L1 visa stamped before i return to USA
My question is, is there a chance that I can get rejected at consulate office(India) while trying to get a new L1 visa stamped for approved I-797A
