Can you apply or an L1 visa before the one year employment time has passed and have a start date right on or close to the one year time frame? I started November 2016 and want to apply now for a November 2017 start date

Can you apply or an L1 visa before the one year employment time has passed and have a start date right on or close to the one year time frame? I started November 2016 and want to apply now for a November 2017 start date

I dont think so, as one of the documentary evidence that you need to show, through payslips or otherwise, is that you have been a bonafide employee for at least one year.
