L1-A Blanket Extension from US

Hi,

Any one got your L1-A Blanket visa extension from US recently?

Please let me know how much time it takes to receive approval notice from USCIS from receipt date?

After receiving approval, if I need to move to different client & location on the same role, do we have to file another amendment to USCIS for client & location change?
