All. I am Having total of 13 years .. And 8 years of Managerial experience and managing 50 plus reportees.
currently my company is applying L1A Individual under premium process..
My Question is : I am working with my current company since one year only.. but my experience with the client is 5+ years as I am working for the same client even while working at previous organisation.. do we see any draw back as I am working for current company only from past one year even though I have 5+ years with the client.
Please let me know your thoughts.
also I would like to know the possibilities of Approval as it is individual?
