L1 Individual visa renew during India visit
Hi,
I arrived in US in Nov15 on L1 Individual valid till Apr2018
But i got I-94 at POE till my passport validity which is Oct2016
My employer filed an extn and i got a new I-797A with a new I-94 till Oct2018
I am now planning to visit India in Oct2017 for 2 weeks. Is it mandatory for us to go for stamping in India,
or can we use our existing L1 visa (which is still valid) along with approved I-797A for returning back to US?
I would highly appreciate you guys sharing similar experience.. Thanks!!
