Hi,
I was in India for more then 1 year as a manager (Sep 2013- Dec 2014) than travel to US in L1A visa, I am currently in US since Dec 2014 (more then 2.5 years), i would like to know if i am eligible green card filing for EB1C or not?
While going through USCIS i found following statement:
Multinational manager or executive: You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year by a firm or corporation and you must be seeking to enter the United States to continue service to that firm or organization. Your employment must have been outside the United States in a managerial or executive capacity and with the same employer, an affiliate, or a subsidiary of the employer.
Ref: https://www.uscis.gov/working-united...reference-eb-1
As i am in US for more then 2.5 years, do i meet the criteria of "You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year by a firm"?
If anyone has this experience, please help.
