L2 and EAD together, Odds of them approving together

Folks,

I am currently on L1B and my wife is on L1A. I am planning to apply for L2 and EAD together. Request if anyone can tell me odds of them approving together or any idea of gap between both approval. I am currently working and as I understand if L2 gets approved earlier then I can not get US salary until EAD is approved.

Most of the times they do happen together L2 as well as EAD, but cant say with guarantee. For all practical purposes, you should stop working for L1 employer from the date you mention in your I539 (fro L1 to L2 COS).
