Can i accompany my daughter(US citizen) along with me to US consulate for visa stamp?

I'm planning to get my L1B extension(petition already approved) visas stamped in Delhi consulate during India visit next month.
Can i accompany my 6 month old daughter (US citizen) along with me to US consulate during visa stamping appointment?
