Hi,
I appeared for my L1b visa interview on 24.Aug.2017 along with my family. I already had a H1b visa from another company which was active but I never travelled to US with that company.
The VO took our marriage certificate and my kids birth certificate. We were told that he will put it in Administrative process and I shall get the passport in 10days. But it has been more than 10 days and I still see it as administrative processing.
We were given the Form I-129S with approved signature. Also the VO explained to carry the Form I129s when travelling to US and keep it safe.
The last update happened on 5th September for myself and my wife's DS160 number and no update for my kids number since the interview date.
Is the visa already approved but waiting for verification?
What could happen here. Is it for marriage certificate verification. How long can it take to verify the marriage certificate in india.
The wait is really tiring.
