My i94, ead and l2 visa are expiring in first week of December.
My husband’s company has initiated the process for visa extension for both of us.
We are requesting his company to apply for my ead as well, as I have read that ead and l2 and L1 Visa extension should happen as part of one package.
Any one has experience, of being in a similar situation ? Do companies apply for ead of spouses?
What happens if my ead expires in December and we are still awaiting the result of our extension process ?
is there any way I could work with an expired ead? Can I get into an arrangement with my employer ?
Any timely help/ information would be highly appreciated as the fear of losing my job is driving me crazy .
