Currently I'm on L1A and I m planning to do change of status to H1B ( already have h1b - used 2.5 years). My wife has L2 EAD valid till Sep 2018. Below are my questions
1. I have an approved I140.Is there a possibility to do H4 EAD filing as soon I have H1 receipt number (My company does file h4 EAD.)
2. Can my spouse work until her L2 EAD validity( Sep 2018) while her h4 is approved and h4 EAD not filled yet ?
3. Is there a possibility to get l2 EAD to h4 EAD without any employment gap ? ( My employer does not do H4 EAD )
