Hi,
I am working fo an MNC and attended to consulate for H1 visa through different employer where I was asked to get additional documents. Inmean while my organization has requested me to attend to B1. I did it and my B1 visa was rejected . I informed the same in my organization(about my H1 also). Now our immigration dept has filed my L1 papers.
My doubt is even if I go with L1 papers will I get VISA? Please suggest me how to follow up with this.
