Dropbox eligibility - L1 blanket to L1 individual renewal

Hello Everyone,

Would really appreciate some help as this is really urgent.

As you can see from the image, an applicant on L1 blanket, renewing L1 visa on L1 individual doesn't seem to be eligible for interview waiver - if we select no (which should ideally be the answer as the previous visa is blanket) we are redirected to take an appointment.

Could you please confirm my understanding?
It would be really great if someone care share experience with dropbox in this particular case or if they went in for an interview.

You should answer NO and go the interview route, as it clearly says previous Individual visa and not blanket.
