L2 Visa extension

Am in L2 and applying for visa extension (I 539).
My husband employer has filed I 140 for him. And we have applied I 485 for green card processing and its in process.
Now while filing I 539, what should be our answer for the following questions?
1. Have you ever filed for immigrant visa? Yes/No
2. Have you or your employer filed immigrant petition for any of your family member? Yes/No
3. Have you ever filed I 485? Yes/No.
For question 3, the answer is clear Yes. Can anyone let me know what should I say for the first 2 questions?
Also if I answer Yes for any of these questions I need to prepare a letter. Need pointers on sample letter as well.

Wasnt your spouse's GC filed too?

1. Yes.
2. If your spouse was included as derivative beneficiary then Yes.
3. Yes.
