Please give some information if you are aware of this scenario on below 2 queries.
Currently working on L1 Visa and got my H1B approved through different employer. I am not joining H1 employer at this time so employer going to revoke it. Later is it possible to make it active without any issues because i am planning to join them after an year?
Also i am not sure if change of status has happened from L1 to H1 ... employer yet to confirm me on this. If suppose it changed to H1, how many days is it ok to stay on L1 (though i-94 generated on H1) before i exit and enter country again on L1?
