L1B to L1A
Hi all,
I am currently on L1B and it is valid for 2 more years. I have filed for GC process and it is in I140 approval stage. Now my company is interested to go for L1A petition. I want to know whether will that affect my current GC process or it will help? Some of my friends say that it is good to go for H1B instead of L1A. If I get my L1A, will I be able to get GC quickly? or as I have already initiated the process, it wont matter? Please share your opinions and valuable remarks. Thanks for your time in helping me
