Extend L2 Visa off L1B's I-94

Hi Folks,

Summarizing the situation i am in :-

L1B/L2 visas expired on August 2017
I94 valid till February 2020
Due to I94 validity there was no possibility of applying for extension

Is it possible to renew the L2 US Visa off my I94? As my wife and kid would want to travel back but without having a valid visa, would not be able to come back.

Please advice.

To renew L2 visa - they can use dropbox (IWP) & get it renewed in home country. They'll need your I797 or I129S to apply for it.
