L2 EAD about to expire, I94 Valid till 2020. Confused

My husband L1 visa is abt to expire in Feb. His is blanket petition. Will should be getting petition from the attorney soon. However by the time he gets his stamping done it will be Jan. I have L2 EAD and my Visa expire the same time i.e, Feb. However my I-94 is valid till 2020. My EAD is also going to expire in Feb.

Question -

1. Can I apply for EAD renewal when my husband gets his petition papers from the attorney?
2. Do I have to wait till he gets his visa stamped? This is the time when the petition will also be stamped.
3. After the petition / visa stamping can I apply for my EAD extension without extending my Visa since I have valid I-94 ?

Yes. with an approved 797, you can do so.

Since you are in USA, no need to wait for Visa.

Yes, as long as you've valid I94 (assuming valid 797 as well). You need visa only when you visit out of country.
