L1 Duration Clarification
Hi,
I came through L1 and been here for 3.5 years. My L1 petition (L1B) which has a duration of 5 years was issued to me on Jan 2005. Per my petition I can stay here till Jan 2007 ( ie 8 months), but Some people said that If I am in L1B and if I have not completed my stay here for 5 years I can able to stay till Nov 2007 ( ie 1.5 years).
So my question is, Does my stay here depends on whether I complete 5 years or based on my petition.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
