Hello,
I am in the US now on H1B and my wife is in India and has got her H4 recently.
She is finding difficulty in getting leave at her office in India and so the plan now is that I shift to L1 so she can work here on L2.
My question:
Can she travel on H4 while I initiate change of my Visa status to L1 and then get her's converted from H4 to L2 when she is here? Will she be able to work here in US in such a case?
This is also to save time since, offlate, it has become difficult getting the visa interview slots in India.
Please advise.
