Hi,
I am in the united states for past 2.5 years on L1-B which is about to expire in the second week of January 2018. My company has suggested that I along with my wife attend a fresh L1-B interview in Mexico City US Embassy sometime during December and I am thinking to attend in 2nd week of December.
My question is if the new L1-B petition is denied, would I be able to come back into US as my current L1-B Visa would still be valid for a month. I want to come back, clear my apartment and stuff, settle the dues and go back to India.
Can someone please advise if this is possible as I was told that if the new L1-B is denied then current L1-B might be revoked.
Also, would be able to clear the POE as my Visa is only valid for a month.
