I have L1B visa with my current company. But, my company and another company announced a merger recently. The merger will take few months of time.
The whole company including US office and indian subsidiary are merging with the other company's US office and Indian subsidiary. My work and related business are going to be exactly same.
How will this affect my L1B visa? Is just an amendment all enough? Anybody gone through similar situation?
