Hi,
My L1 visa was rejected few days back, I was under the impression that the DD was returned along with I129S and passport, upon reaching home I realized the DD was not given back, contacted the help desk [email protected], they said the DD for Fraud Prevention and detection is NON REFUNDABLE.
But as per this link:https://www.immihelp.com/additional-...fees-in-india/, this is refundable upon visa rejection. Anyone has any input on this?
