Hi All,
Need your expert advice.
My L1-B blanket denied in Apr 2017 with "No Clearly Approvable" stamp, without any slip. the same company is now applying for L1-B individual . Meanwhile my husband has traveled to US in H1B.
1) Do I need to fill my husband's status in the application forms as well, as he will not be travelling with me. my company's immigration team has asked "Any spouse traveling/in US".
2) Will this have a negative effect to my petition.
3) what are the chances of getting this approved..
