Hello!
L1A blanket Extension is approved and has to travel to India for a conference and need stamping. L2 applied for extension along with L1.
1. L2 stamp is actually valid till November 2019 and new extension is valid till the same date. For some reason L2 stamp was longer than l1.
2. Both the i94s are valid till November 2019
3. I140 (EB1) is in process but is not going to be touched for a few more months for sure.
Can you please help answer these questions?
1. Should L2 go for stamping again?
2. Can L2 continue working with current EAD after coming back?
3. How long after the interview and biometrics can we expect the stamped passport to be mailed? We are hearing of cases of very long processing delays.
4. Will i140 under process have any bearing on the extension stamping?
