L1 Visa - Can Previous Employers help ?
My husband has worked previously with 3 different Multi National Employers. He works as structural Engineer. He is currently looking for job. 2 of companies are in UK and another in NZ which would be much better for him job prospects. He clearly has company knowledge of all this companies. Can any of those 3 Companies Employer can apply for his L-1 Visa or it has to be his current Employer ? He has work nearly 5 years on average with each of this companies.
