PED and i94 expires on march 2018 but Visa expires on September 2020
Hi,
I am currently holding L1A visa and i am getting max out by March 2018 (completed 7 years).So my i94 and PED expiry date is March 2018 but in the Visa expiry date is September 2020
1.I understand that as my i94 is expiring on March end 2018 (my max out date is also same) so i cann't stay in USA after March 2018.Please correct me if i am wrong
2.As my Visa expiry date is September 2019 and if i stay 365 days outside USA then i can again come to USA using same visa as my expiry date is September 2019 and i will get new i94.Plesae correct me
