Hello, my company is working on my application package for a L1 visa.
Can i apply myself for L2 visa for spouse and children if their names are not mentionned in the application package for my L1 visa ? or is it mandatory to have their names and the relationship mentionned in the application package prepared by the company ?
if it's possible to apply ourselves, can we apply when i'll complete my DS-160 and book the same interview appointment at the US embassy in Paris for me and my family ?
Is it necessary to have a translation of the birth and marriage certificates ? if yes, can i ask a friend to do that or is it mandatory to have it done by a professional ?
