Hi All
I am currently holding L1 B visa which will expire on Aug 18 (i94 as well), First 3year term will expire on Aug 18, I have option to extend my L1B
I Am also eligible for L1 B to L1 A conversion .. my employer started processing L1A Conversion internally now.
Can someone please suggest best options.
1. If My employer submit L1A conversion in Regular mode, will I get the decision before Aug' 18 ? Or I should go with Premium Mode.
2. If the L1A Conversion decision was not received before Aug' 18, Should I apply for my L1B extension also ? Can Both Applications process in Parallel. L1A is managerial level and L1B is specialised knowledge.
3. Any Other Options
